February’s Cake Bake of the Month
A big thank you to all you cake-baking peeps for sending in your wonderful recreations of Happy Little Tummie’s recipes for ‘Cake Bake of the Month’.
‘Cake Bake of the Month’ brings together people who have a love of baking and who like to have fun with a recipe creating something truly delicious.
Why it is important to me personally is that these deliciously, healthy recipes can be made without having to single out individuals who have an intolerance or allergy. Having two young boys who are gluten, dairy and soya intolerant, I bake so they can enjoy the yummy taste of home-made cakes and chocolate biscuits without feeling left out.
This month’s ‘Cake Bake of the Month’ goes to a brilliantly supportive Mum who baked this gorgeous looking Superfood and Goji Berry Bread loaf for her family. She said they all loved it, especially her two young boys.
The recipe is simple to make and please feel free to swap some of the ingredients with what you have already in your cupboard.
